HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Have you forgotten your password, or do you suspect unauthorized access into your BetKing account? BetKing offers easy and quick means to reset and recover your password. You can reset your password by visiting our website. 

Reset your password via SMS

1. Send the word RP to 29070
2. The temporary password will be sent to your SMS

Reset Password via Website 

To reset your password on our website, follow the steps below 

1. Visit www.betking.co.ke 
2. Login to your account 
3. Click on My Account in the top right corner 
4. On the My Account Page, click on Change Password in the User Area Menu. 
5. Enter your current password and the desired (New) password, then click the Update Password button. NOTE: The new password must satisfy the password complexity requirement. 
6. You will receive a confirmation message if your password reset is successful. 

Recover Password via Website 

To recover your BetKing account password 

1. Click on sign in
2. Use the Forgot Password link
3. Enter your registered mobile number
4. Click on proceed to obtain an OTP code
5. Enter the OTP Code sent to you via SMS
6. You would be required to enter a new password
